• Persons interested in renting a bicycle from Narvik Rent A Car must be 18 years of age and have a valid ID card or other valid document.

• Bicycles are rented clean and in proper condition and must be returned in the same way.

​

• Helmets are included in the rent and must always be worn when cycling. If the renter is seen cycling without a helmet, they are immediately taken off the bike without a refund.

​

• The bikes are serviced daily. It is the customer's responsibility to check the bike at the rental site before embarking on a tour.

​

• The customer agrees to return the bike in its clean, undamaged condition to avoid any extra costs for repair, maintenance or replacement.

​

• The customer accepts the use of the equipment, as it is, in good condition and accepts full responsibility for the care of the equipment while in possession. Damaged parts or components will be repaired / replaced at the discretion of the store, and the customer agrees to pay regular store prices and retail prices for replaced components.

​

• Pure condition means that normal wear and tear is accepted, but does not include broken spokes, rims, bent rims, damaged frames, board, seats or other parts from abuse and / or crashes. Note: All bikes must be returned clean of mud and debris. Any bicycle that is not returned clean will be considered an additional fee of NOK 300.

• Late Return: If the tenant returns the bike to the designated return area more than 30 minutes after the scheduled "Time Back", the landlord loses his deposit.

• PAYMENT

      To confirm your reservation, a deposit of NOK 500 will be paid, this amount will be deducted from rent.

​

• PERSONAL INSURANCE

       We strongly recommend that you always have personal insurance or travel insurance.
